Wastewater treatment plant
Industrial wastewater from production processes undergoes highly efficient mechanical and biological treatment at the plant's treatment facilities. The operating capacity of the treatment facilities is 260 thousand & nbsp; m3 per day.
The efficiency of wastewater treatment is up to 99% for suspended solids and up to 96% for organic matter. These indicators were achieved thanks to the reconstruction of the treatment facilities, including the replacement of the aeration system in the biological wastewater treatment system, the reconstruction of secondary sedimentation tanks, as well as the commissioning of two screw presses for the dewatering of fibrous sludge and biologically active sludge.
Wastewater treatment technology complies with established technological indicators in accordance with the principles of the best available technology.
The entire volume of wastewater belongs to the category of normatively treated and meets the established requirements for reservoirs for fishery purposes of the highest category.
Industrial wastewater is controlled in the following groups:
- organic matter;
- mineral components;
- nitrogen and sulfur-containing compounds.
Also, wastewater is analyzed and assessed by the types of microorganisms and by the indicator of toxic effect on test objects. The results of research and expert opinions of accredited laboratories have proven that there is no negative impact of wastewater on a water body.
