Semi-finished products

All semi-finished products are produced in separate workshops of JSC "Solikamskbumprom", fully integrated into the main production.

Cellulose is produced in bimetallic digesters of periodic action. After passing the purification system, the pulp is sent to paper production. From the cooking liquor at the processing site, a finished product is obtained – technical liquid and powdered lignosulfonates, which are shipped to consumers of various industries. The automated control system fully controls the entire pulp production process.  

Defibrer wood pulp is produced on domestic chain defibrers of the DC-04 brand. Cleaning equipment from VALMET (Finland), CELLECO (Finland), NOSS (Sweden), AHLSTROM (Finland) with process automation ensures high quality of wood pulp.

The thermomechanical mass is produced on two technological lines, mounted according to the project of FMW (Austria), using the technology and equipment of ANDRITZ AG (Austria). One of the lines uses the technology of the RTS method.
