Paper production

For the production of newsprint, we use our own semi-finished products: thermomechanical pulp, wood pulp, bisulfite cellulose. Newsprint is produced by four paper machines. JSC "Solikamskbumprom" produces newsprint paper weighing 40; 42; 45; 48.8; 54 and 55 g / m2.

High quality indicators of newsprint are reliably guaranteed by automated control systems of paper machines. Modern slitting machines of the Win Belt-M brand by VALMET (Finland) provide the production of paper rolls, uniform in thickness and winding density, with a diameter of up to 1500 mm.

Quality control of semi-finished products, chemicals and finished products for compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents is provided by the laboratory and technical control department. The information system of the enterprise allows keeping records of technical indicators of paper from each produced vestibule.

The finished newsprint rolls are packed on equipment from LAMB (USA) and on the new Rollhandling Book line from Metso Paper, Inc (Finland). This line allows you to pack large rolls (XXL - rolls: up to 2.4 meters wide, up to 1.5 meters in diameter, weighing up to 3 tons).
