Own logging provides 70% of the company's needs for wood raw materials.
In order to increase the efficiency of harvesting and transportation of wood, the company invests in updating the fleet of logging, logging and road equipment, maintenance, construction and repair of highways, carrying out reforestation activities, as well as improving the working conditions of its employees.

11 John Deere and Tigercat logging complexes have been acquired into subsidiary logging enterprises over the past 5 years.
Investments - about 1 billion rubles.
Results:
- ensuring the procurement of raw materials in the required volume;
- renewal of 50% of the logging equipment fleet.
Renewal of the logging equipment fleet
Over the past 5 years, about 110 units of promising models of cars with trailers have been purchased in the divisions of JSC "Solikamskbumprom" engaged in the transportation of wood (including 28 units in 2022). These are Iveco, Scania, Mersedes, and KamAZ cars.
Investments - about 1.5 billion rubles.
Results:
- ensuring the delivery of raw materials in the required volume;
- reduction of wood transportation costs;
- reduction of emissions of harmful substances and greenhouse gases;
- improving labor productivity;
- renewal of 65% of the logging equipment fleet.
Maintenance and development of transport infrastructure
JSC "Solikamskbumprom" and subsidiary logging companies annually maintain up to 1600 km of forest roads and public roads in winter. More than 150 million rubles a year are allocated for these purposes.
Over the past 5 years, 15 units of specialized road equipment have been purchased for the maintenance and repair of roads.
In 2022, a road construction site was created.
Investments - more than 150 million rubles.
Results:
- ensuring the delivery of raw materials by road in the planned volume;
- renewal of 40% of the fleet of specialized road equipment;
Social significance - the maintenance of road infrastructure facilities in good condition provides transport links between settlements, and also allows the use of forests for the needs of the local population for tourism, recreation, hunting, fishing, picking mushrooms, berries, etc.
Improving working conditions
JSC "Solikamskbumprom" provides jobs for residents of remote areas of the Perm Region, creates comfortable working and recreation conditions for workers who work in shifts:
- wood harvesting – 400 jobs
- wood transportation – 550 jobs.
Two shift settlements in the Gaynsky district are fully equipped. These are modern complexes equipped with residential, household and utility rooms, a medical center.
The construction of two shift settlements in Krasnovishersky and Cherdynsky districts continues. In 2022, two dormitories were built, in 2023 it is planned to build one dormitory on a shift site in Cherdynsky district and a dining room in Krasnovishersky district.
