One of the strategic priorities for the development of JSC Solikamskbumprom, aimed at maintaining a high level of its economic performance, is the constant technical renewal and improvement of both the main production and semi-finished and auxiliary shops.
The technologies and equipment introduced at the enterprise are preliminarily assessed not only from the standpoint of economic efficiency, but also from the standpoint of environmental impact. At the same time, JSC "Solikamskbumprom" gives priority to the best available technologies, which allows the enterprise, firstly, to meet the level of technical development of the world's leading manufacturers of newsprint and, secondly, to reduce the consumption of natural resources used in paper production.
Currently, the company operates a phased development program, the main directions of which are:
- development of own logging and ensuring the share of own logging in the total supply of at least 70%
- development of production facilities by modernizing paper machines and lines for the production of semi-finished products in order to improve the quality and reduce the cost of finished products
- development of own energy production and increasing the share of own electricity in the consumed volume
