The enterprise has a full production cycle of the marketable products output: timber harvesting, its acceptance and preparation, production of semi-finished products, production of paper and lignosulfonates and packaging of products.
PRINTED TYPES OF PAPER
- Newsprint (standard, thin, extra bulked, coloured, uncoloured – shade according to the order, agreed with the buyer) weight 40-65 g/m²
- Paper for writing and printing (coloured, uncoloured – shade according to the order, agreed with the buyer) weight 40-70 g/m²
- Bulked paper weight 53-55 g/m²
TYPES OF PACKAGING PAPERS
- Ultra-lightweight interliner (paper for the middle layers of corrugated cardboard) weighing 40-52 g/m²
- Extra-lightweight interliner (paper for the middle layers of corrugated cardboard) weighing 55-70 g/m²
- Wrapping paper weighing 80-160 g/m2
TECHNICAL LIGNOSULFONATES in liquid and powder form
Main characteristics of printed paper types and interliner produced by JSC “Solikamskbumprom”:
- Produced in accordance with the requirements of GOST and TU, have "Certificates of Conformity".
- Made from 100% virgin wood fiber. The use of wood ensures complete biodegradability and environmental safety of the products.
- Modern equipment ensures the production of paper rolls of uniform thickness and winding density.
- Each roll is labeled with the company's brand name indicating the roll number, barcode, paper grade, roll weight, square meter weight, roll width and diameter, paper length in the roll, handling signs and roll unwinding direction.
The enterprise has implemented the quality management and environmental management system ISO-9001 and ISO-14001.
Quality control of semi-finished and finished products is carried out by the laboratory and technical control department. Technical indicators of paper are recorded for each roll.
