Personnel training and development is a key direction in the personnel policy of JSC "Solikamskbumprom", which ensures an increase in the potential of human resources and contributes to an increase in the efficiency of production processes.
Personnel training at JSC "Solikamskbumprom" is based on the principle of continuity. This approach presupposes the improvement of professional knowledge, skills and abilities throughout the entire work of the employee.
After employment in the Company, all employees undergo an adaptation (mentoring) process, during which, under the guidance of an experienced mentor, the employee gets to know the corporate values of the enterprise, the workplace and the functions performed, and learns the skills of safe work performance.
Personnel training is carried out in the structural divisions of the Company (internal corporate training) and training centers.
Within the framework of internal corporate training, the Company's specialists acquaint workers with the technology of production processes and repair work, analyze problems, explain the procedure for actions in standard and non-standard situations, and teach them how to work with new equipment. More than 700 employees of the enterprise undergo intracorporate training annually.
An important strategic resource, on which the success of all production activities largely depends, is the management personnel and specialists of the enterprise.
To improve the qualifications of these categories of employees, the Company uses such types of training as the course method of on-the-job training and on-the-job training. The company's specialists improve their qualifications and undergo training in training centers in Russia and abroad.
One of the key tasks in the personnel training system is the formation and improvement of managerial skills among managers of different levels. With the help of partner companies, the Company implements the corporate programs “Managerial efficiency of a foreman”, “Program for training managers and reservists for these positions”.
As a result of the phased implementation of the personnel management policy, the enterprise has become a scientific and technical base for undergoing industrial and pre-diploma practice for students and students, who will subsequently join the ranks of Solikamsk wallets. The staff of the enterprise is replenished largely due to close cooperation of JSC "Solikamskbumprom" with educational institutions of higher and secondary vocational education.
