Young Professionals Council

JSC "Solikamskbumprom" pins special hopes on the young generation of wallets. The management of the enterprise supports the initiatives of young specialists in industrial, social and cultural life. Young employees of the enterprise have the opportunity to improve their qualifications according to individual development plans, skills development through research activities. Career opportunities have been created for young professionals.

In order to unite young people, to solve a number of important tasks in the field of implementation of youth policy at the enterprise, a youth organization "Boomerang" was created, which helps to increase the business activity of young employees, their adaptation and mobilizes young specialists to solve production problems.

The Council of Young Specialists of the Boomerang Association organizes and conducts sports, intellectual and creative events, round tables on youth issues and problems, meetings and competitions for young employees of the enterprise.

Young wallets take an active part in regional, regional and city cultural and sports events, win competitions and festivals of various levels, and are also organizers of career guidance games, tourist gatherings, and festive events.
