Maintaining a social responsibility policy is the most important factor in the successful development of JSC "Solikamskbumprom".

The company has a Council of Veterans, which unites about 1,390 people, of whom 1,020 (73%) have more than 25 years of experience at the company.

Regulation on the Council of Veterans of JSC Solikamskbumprom regulates the activities of the organization. It clarifies the rules for registration and deregistration, election of the working bodies of the organization and the distribution of powers.

Veterans of the enterprise are provided with financial assistance in difficult life circumstances, holidays and anniversaries, holidays are organized annually in sanatoriums-dispensaries, cultural and mass work is carried out.

Wallet veterans lead an active social life, take part in the patriotic education of the city's youth, in socially significant actions, as well as in various city competitions, shows, concerts and performances.
