Trade union organization
AO "Solikamskbumprom" employs about 2 800 employees. In order to ensure the protection of the rights of workers and to defend their interests, a trade union organization of workers in the forest industries of the Russian Federation operates in JSC "Solikamskbumprom", which unites more than 87% of employees.
The trade union committee oversees the observance of labor legislation at the enterprise, the implementation of the clauses of the Collective Agreement. Together with the administration of the joint-stock company, the trade union organizes recreation and health improvement for employees and their children, cultural work, represents the interests of employees in commissions created on a parity basis with the employer, such as commissions for labor protection, health improvement, and labor disputes.
In JSC "Solikamskbumprom" about 50 million rubles are annually allocated for additional social payments and guarantees in accordance with the adopted Collective Agreement.

- material assistance to young professionals (lifting)
- voluntary health insurance
- additional payments for pregnant women
- one-time retirement benefit
- health resort improvement of employees
- organization of children's recreation
- New Year gifts for employees and their children
- reimbursement of part of the parental fee for kindergarten
- material assistance to low-income families and families with minor children with disabilities and other support measures
