Joint Stock Company "Solikamskbumprom" is integrated into the system of social relations in the region and the city, operates in accordance with the principles of social responsibility both in relation to its employees and residents of the territory where the business is present.

The enterprise provides employment for a significant part of the economically active population of the city of Solikamsk and the northern regions of the Perm Territory.

The most important resource of the enterprise is a highly professional work collective. In order to ensure the protection of the rights of workers and defend their interests in JSC "Solikamskbumprom" there is a trade union organization of workers in the forest industries of the Russian Federation, which unites more than 87% of employees. About 50 million rubles are spent annually on additional social payments and guarantees in accordance with the Collective Agreement adopted at Solikamskbumprom JSC, as well as other internal regulatory documents.

Support of sports, involvement of employees in activities aimed at creating conditions conducive to the promotion of healthy lifestyle values are priority areas of the social policy of JSC "Solikamskbumprom".

Since 2023, the company has been implementing the corporate program "Strengthening the health of workers", aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle, expanding disease prevention measures, creating a healthy climate in the team and improving the efficiency of employees.

Consistent implementation of the social responsibility policy allows JSC "Solikamskbumprom" to preserve, maintain and develop its own social infrastructure. Having secured significant capital investments, the company has brought social facilities to a qualitatively new level of service for employees and residents of the city. JSC "Solikamskbumprom" maintains its own social facilities: the House of Culture "Bumazhnik", a polyclinic, canteens, confectionery, a museum, a library, kindergartens. All social facilities are open to citizens and guests of Solikamsk urban district.

Every year the company initiates social and cultural projects aimed at supporting talented people, public initiatives, the development of civil society and the preservation of the history of the cities of the Upper Kama region.
