Caring for professional growth, well-being and health of employees is the most important component of the activities of JSC "Solikamskbumprom".
The key element of social partnership - a system of relationships between employees and administration on the regulation of labor relations is the Collective Agreement of JSC "Solikamskbumprom". The main directions of the Collective Agreement are remuneration of employees, labor protection and industrial safety, as well as a list of issues related to social benefits, guarantees and compensations for employees, their families and veterans of the enterprise.
In order to ensure the protection of the rights and interests of the labor collective at the enterprise operates the largest in the region the primary trade union organization of workers in the forest industries of the Russian Federation. The trade union organization of JSC "Solikamskbumprom" represents and protects the rights and interests of employees in the field of social and labor relations, monitors compliance with labor legislation, takes measures to prevent and regulate labor disputes.
