There is a trade-union organization of wood industries at JSC Solikamskbumprom that protects the workers and asserts their interests.
On behalf of all employees the trade-union committee concludes the collective agreement with the mill management where mutual obligations of workers and the employer are stipulated. The contractual time of the collective agreement is up to three years.
The trade-union organization is managed by the committee elected for 5 years.
The trade-union committee controls observance of the labour legislation at the mill, performance of provisions of the collective agreement. Together with management of joint-stock company the trade union organizes cultural work among the labour collectives, rest and health improvement of workers and their children.
